The story, as best I can remember, is that Roger, Gamble, and David had stopped for a meal on their way to the Philadelphia Folk Festival. David Gahr said he had a great idea for a photo, and in the middle of traffic he set Gamble and Roger up near the center line and took this picture. Roger said Gamble was saying he was nervous, and David said, “don’t worry, I’m watching you,” which they did not consider to be all that reassuring. Classic great shot though!
